Welcome to S-Cape Omaha.
We are not your typical gym or health club; we don’t make you sign a long-term commitment or pay “enrollment fees” or “initiation fees”. Our program relies on functional training movements through kettle bells, medicine balls, aerobic steps, bands, stability balls, and kickboxing equipment. We combine strength training with metabolic conditioning. Our cross training program is a 4 week program that provides unlimited fitness training Monday through Friday in combination with nutritional support and assessments.
