S-Cape 12 Week Challenge
S-Cape Challenge is a 12 week life changing program featuring small group training, 1-on-1 personal training w/ a certified professional trainer, group kickboxing classes and customized meal planning. The program provides nutritional guidance and support, knowledgeable trainers to help with strength training and cardio, and the benefits of working with other determined, motivated individuals working towards the same goals! This is a complete package of diet and exercise that teaches you the correct way to lose weight and keep it off!
- Includes 3 cross training classes per week
- 1 personal training session per week
- 2 kickboxing/self-defense group training per week
- Bi-Weekly Meal plans – created specifically for each member, based on his/her body type and resting metabolism Revised by team trainer bi-weekly (adjustments made off of food journal that you will keep for your trainer)
- Nutritional consultation will be conducted at the start of the challenge and bi-weekly there after
- Complete body assessment, including 7 site body fat measurement, will be conducted prior to beginning the challenge; measurements will be re-taken every 4weeks

Personal Training: Your trainer will create a dynamic exercise program based upon your personal goals, fitness level, and unique metabolism. Every session is structured to build cardiovascular endurance, improve strength and increase flexibility.
Kickboxing: Kickboxing classes are designed to accomplish three key objectives: tone up, lose weight and learn self-defense. This class is set up with a strong emphasis on learning and improving basic techniques and fundamentals.
Individual Cardio: You will be given a cardio workout predesigned by your trainer especially for you! You will follow this on your own at any time you choose.
